Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (www.alibombo.com), purchasing our products or services, or receiving communications sent on behalf of our clients, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Our Services

Alibombo Design Studio ("Alibombo," "we," "us," or "our") provides premium celebration and wedding branding services, including custom stationery design, digital invitations, event branding, and digital communication delivery (email, SMS/MMS) on behalf of our clients. We also sell digital templates and physical stationery through our Etsy shop, AlibomboStore.

SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to a couple or event host who engages Alibombo for event communication services, you consent to receive event-related text messages from Alibombo Design Studio on their behalf.

Program name: Alibombo Event Notifications

Message content: Messages are limited to event-related notifications, including save-the-dates, invitations, RSVP reminders, event detail updates, and thank-you messages. We will never send promotional or marketing messages to event guests.

Message frequency: You may receive between 1 and 6 messages per event. Message frequency varies depending on the event timeline and communication needs.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any messages you send or receive. Alibombo is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Opt-out: You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us at info@alibombo.com or by notifying the couple or event host directly.

Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at info@alibombo.com.

Supported carriers: Major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Alibombo is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Email Communications

Event-related emails (save-the-dates, invitations, updates) are sent on behalf of our clients to their invited guests. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive event emails from that specific event. For questions, contact us at info@alibombo.com.

Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, branding materials, website content, and creative work produced by Alibombo Design Studio are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Client deliverables: Clients receive a license to use their commissioned designs for personal, non-commercial purposes related to their event. Full copyright remains with Alibombo Design Studio unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Digital templates: Purchasers of digital templates from AlibomboStore receive a single-use personal license. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

Purchases and Payments

Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Digital products: All sales of digital templates and downloadable products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available once the product has been downloaded.

Custom services: Custom design projects require a non-refundable deposit to begin work. Payment terms, timelines, and deliverables are outlined in the individual project proposal or contract.

Limitation of Liability

Alibombo Design Studio provides event communication services (email and SMS) as a convenience on behalf of our clients. While we use industry-leading delivery platforms and best practices to ensure high deliverability, we cannot guarantee that every message will reach every recipient's inbox or device.

We are not responsible for undelivered, delayed, or misdirected messages caused by incorrect contact information provided by clients, recipient email or phone settings, carrier filtering, spam filters, or technical issues beyond our control.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid to us by the client for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alibombo Design Studio, its owner, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
