Who We Are
Alibombo Design Studio ("Alibombo," "we," "us," or "our") is a celebration and wedding branding studio based in Miami, Florida. We create premium stationery, branding, and digital communications for weddings and special events.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our website (www.alibombo.com), purchase from our Etsy shop (AlibomboStore), or when you explicitly register your information through our website event forms, RSVP portals, or communication channels.

From event guests and end-users: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and language preference. This information is collected directly from the end-user when they subscribe or register via our dedicated event notification forms to receive updates, digital invitations, and RSVP management for their specific celebration.
From website visitors: information collected automatically through cookies and analytics, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information exclusively for the following purposes:
For event communications: To send digital communications directly to users who have registered on our platform, including save-the-dates, invitations, event details, RSVP reminders, and thank-you messages via email and/or SMS/MMS text messaging.
For client services: To fulfill design orders, process payments, communicate about projects, and provide customer support.
For our business operations: To improve our website, analyze usage trends, and send marketing communications to clients who have explicitly opted in (never to event guests).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
SMS/MMS Text Messaging
When an end-user registers through our event portal, their phone number is used to deliver SMS or MMS messages related exclusively to that specific event.
Consent: We strictly enforce a direct opt-in policy. Mobile phone numbers and consent are collected directly from the end-user through our official web forms or RSVP registration portals. We do not accept or process guest lists or mobile data provided by third parties. Users must manually register to opt-in to receive automated text notifications from Alibombo regarding their celebration.
Message frequency: Guests may receive between 1 and 6 text messages per event (save-the-date, invitation, RSVP reminder, event update, day-of details, and thank-you). Message frequency varies by event.

Opt-out: You may opt of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We will honor opt-out requests immediately.
SMS Privacy Protection: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.
Email Communications
We use email to deliver event communications on behalf of our clients to registered users. You may opt out of event-related emails by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to facilitate communications on behalf of our clients:
Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC) — for email delivery. Postmark processes recipient email addresses and tracks delivery metrics to ensure effective delivery.
Twilio (Twilio Inc.) — for SMS/MMS delivery. Twilio processes recipient phone numbers to deliver text messages.
These service providers process personal information solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. They do not use your information for their own marketing purposes. We may also use other service providers for payment processing, website hosting, and analytics. Each operates under their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
Event communication data: We retain user-submitted event communication data only for the duration of the event communication cycle. Guest data is permanently deleted within 90 days after the final communication for an event is sent, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Client data: We retain client information for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, tax, and legal compliance purposes.
Website analytics data: We retain anonymized analytics data for up to 24 months.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure storage with our service providers, and limited access controls.
