Alibombo Design Studio ("Alibombo," "we," "us," or "our") is a celebration and wedding branding studio based in Miami, Florida. We create premium stationery, branding, and digital communications for weddings and special events.

From event guests (provided to us by our clients): name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and language preference. This information is shared with us by the couple or event host for the sole purpose of sending event-related communications on their behalf, such as save-the-dates, invitations, event updates, RSVP reminders, and thank-you messages.

From website visitors: information collected automatically through cookies and analytics, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information exclusively for the following purposes:

For event communications: To send digital communications on behalf of our clients, including save-the-dates, invitations, event details, RSVP reminders, and thank-you messages via email and/or SMS/MMS text messaging.

For client services: To fulfill design orders, process payments, communicate about projects, and provide customer support.

For our business operations: To improve our website, analyze usage trends, and send marketing communications to clients who have opted in (never to event guests).

SMS/MMS Text Messaging

When a couple or event host engages Alibombo to send digital event communications, guest phone numbers may be used to deliver SMS or MMS messages related exclusively to that event.

Consent: Wedding and event guests provide their phone numbers directly to the couple or event host as part of their guest list. The couple or event host authorizes Alibombo to send event-related messages to their guests on their behalf.

Message frequency: Guests may receive between 1 and 6 text messages per event (save-the-date, invitation, RSVP reminder, event update, day-of details, and thank-you). Message frequency varies by event.

Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at info@alibombo.com or by informing the couple or event host. We will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.Mobile information collected for SMS communications is used solely for delivering event-related messages.

Email Communications

We use email to deliver event communications (save-the-dates, invitations, event updates) on behalf of our clients. You may opt out of event-related emails by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to facilitate communications on behalf of our clients:

Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC) — for email delivery. Postmark processes recipient email addresses and tracks delivery metrics (delivery confirmation, opens, and clicks) to ensure effective delivery.

Twilio (Twilio Inc.) — for SMS/MMS delivery. Twilio processes recipient phone numbers to deliver text messages.

These service providers process personal information solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. They do not use your information for their own marketing purposes.

We may also use other service providers for payment processing, website hosting, and analytics. Each operates under their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Event guest data: We retain guest list information only for the duration of the event communication cycle. Guest data is deleted within 90 days after the final communication for an event is sent, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Client data: We retain client information for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, tax, and legal compliance purposes.

Website analytics data: We retain anonymized analytics data for up to 24 months.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
